Rohm and Haas Co. has announced the completion sale of its Automotive Coatings business, for $230 million, plus a working capital adjustment, to Nippon Paint Co., Ltd. (NPC).

Regular gasoline now costs $3.00 a gallon or more in 31 states and the District of Columbia, an increase of four states from last week.
